System Requirements

Our courses will work on all Microsoft windows/office compatible computers and tablets.  The courses are not compatible with Apple.  The courses will work on most Android devices.  In addition you will need: A standard browser such as Windows Explorer, Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.  The courses will not work on Safari. Your screen resolution should be set to: 1024 by 768 or higher for best viewing Your “cookies” need to be enabled in order to help you navigate through the course and start and stop and pick up where you left off. You need “Javascript” enabled.  Some portions of the courses run on this free software. Adobe Flash Player must be installed and running.  Some parts of the course may use this free software. Adobe Acrobat (free software)  must be installed and running as some documents are displayed in PDF format and your certificate may not print out correctly.   • Player is “stuck”?
  • Error message on page?
  • Page not displaying correctly?

All three of these issues can usually be fixed by clearing your cache or cookies.  Here is a site we recommend http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser’s-Cache you can also do an internet search for “clearing cache” as there are many online resources to assist you in accomplishing this.

Where to login?

Go to website where you purchase the course and click on login across the top of the screen:

Enter your email you used to sign up for course and password.  If you forgot them, or get an error message click on “need help”

Find and Print your certificate of Completion?

When you complete a course and you are back to the screen where you began –  the Print Certificate link will not be there. You must refresh your browser Refreshlocated near the top of your screen
