On February the 12th, the Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released a new version of their "It's The Law" poster.
The new poster reminds employers of their two most basic responsibilities-furnishing a place of employment free from recognized hazards, and complying with OSHA's hazard-specific health and safety standards.
The current edition of the OSHA poster is still valid; employers are not required to replace their existing poster with the new version.
